Parent contact details, each child's name, date of birth, school placement, and any allergy or dietary information you choose to record.
How we use it
To operate your family account, prepare and label the correct meal for each child, and coordinate delivery with the school.
What schools can see
School accounts see student name, grade and class for delivery purposes. Parent contact details and medical notes are not shared with school accounts.
Data protection
Access is restricted by account role and enforced at the database level. Records are retained only while your account is active.
Your choices
You can update or delete a child's profile at any time from your account, or contact us to close your account.
